Job Summary :
The Flooring Project Manager is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships to promote Beyond Flooring. They are also responsible to ensure a steady flow of work claims, provide estimates on jobs, and manage the jobs from start to finish.
Responsibilities :
Attending new flooring claims and explain the restoration process to the clientCompleting on-site measurements and estimates for mitigation or new flooringDelivering exceptional customer service to insurance stakeholders, homeowners and property managersBeing proactive in resolving customer service issuesLiaising with appropriate departments and sub-trades to ensure that work is completed on time, on budget and meets Beyond Flooring quality standardsLiaising with appropriate departments, sub-trades, homeowners and adjusters on the status of workInspecting progress and work quality throughout the project lifespanWorking with assigned Project Manager to ensure all administrative aspects of the jobs are performed in a timely and accurate mannerBuilding and maintaining relationships by meeting adjusters on jobs, providing timely and accurate estimates and billingsPreparing accurate job costing and estimating, ensuring target margins are metHelping with walk-in customers for retail needsBenefits :
