JOB OVERVIEW :
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day janitorial operations for our client and ensuring a safe and professional work environment for a team of 20-30 individuals.
JOB LOCATION : Burnaby, BC
SALARY RANGE : $70,000
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Supervising and overseeing the direction of site operations, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, and reviewing progressTrain front line cleaning staff, supervisors and administrationMotivate, coach, mentor and provide guidance to a staff of up to 40 team members ensuring employee developmentEffectively and professionally communicate with internal and external sourcesIdentify, support, and develop growth plans for project works or other site locationsProvide corrective and / or disciplinary action in accordance with BEST policy guidelinesIdentify potential issues, seek strategic alternative solutions while mitigating riskImplement and communicate company initiatives in a timely & effective mannerEfficiently manage inventory levels of regularly ordered itemsManage changing priorities with a thorough understanding of business needsWork at front line level to meet contractual obligations as neededRespond to inquiries outside business hours such as evening and weekends to meet business needsOther duties as required to support contractual needs and business growthKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
