Your Role :
As a trainer in our Education and Training department, you will :
- Lead and Inspire : Conduct training sessions for customers and prospective customers, both online and in-person.
- Craft Impactful Content : Assist in developing and presenting educational materials, including presentations, handouts, and other educational supports.
- Engage with the Community : Represent Starkey at local, provincial, and national meetings, conventions, and seminars.
- Collaborate and Innovate : Work closely with our Sales, Technical Support, and Customer Service teams to create and disseminate product knowledge.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve : Participate in clinical activities to remain current in clinical skills.
What We’re Looking For :
- Education : Degree in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialist is required.
- Experience : Background in hearing aid dispensing or experience in a hearing aid manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Language : Fluent in Canadian French and English
- This role requires ability to travel 75% of the time.
- Location : Preference for an individual in Ontario or Quebec in proximity to a major airport
