Job Description : Senior Security ArchitectLocation : Mississauga, ONType : Hybrid Join our team as a Senior Security Architect, where you'll play a key role in deploying an enterprise Identity and Asset Management (IAM) solution. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating within an Agile delivery framework to integrate cutting-edge technologies and improve operational efficiencies.Key Responsibilities : Collaborate on feature and user story development, including requirements gathering, documentation, technical analysis, and design.Support all stages of IAM application deployment, including testing, system build, system integrations, and migrations.Facilitate the migration of existing applications and integrate new applications, such as Cloud Service Providers and Microsoft 365.Drive the operationalization of the IAM solution through process documentation, governance updates, reporting mechanisms, and Day-2 operational activities.Develop and maintain a RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) matrix to ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities.Required Qualifications : 10+ years of experience in IAM Security Architect with expertise in Okta Workforce Identity Cloud.Strong background in identity management, including provisioning, lifecycle management, governance, and authentication.Familiarity with cloud identities and integrations. Experience with migration of existing applications and integrate new applications, such as Cloud Service Providers and Microsoft 365.Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools. Hands-on experience with automation tools and techniques, especially in automating application migrations, integrations, and testing.Proven experience with Agile delivery methodologies, particularly at the team level.Exceptional communication and documentation skills.Ability to thrive in both collaborative team environments and independent work settings.A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and problem-solving.
