Tow Motor Mechanic – Day Shift
Our client, the Canadian leader in paper packaging is looking to add a Tow Motor Mechanic to their Scarborough plant.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain a fleet of mobile equipment for the mill operations group
- Machinery and fabricate as per blueprint
- Repair mobile equipment
- Assist mill maintenance team as directed by the mill management team
Requirements :
- Must have a valid Ontario Automotive Mechanic License
- Must have full set (up to 24 mm / 1 ) of metric & standard tools
- Electrical / electronic skills are preferred
- Mobile equipment experience would be an asset.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Must be able to work shifts as well as some extended hours and weekends
- Qualified applicants will have good interpersonal and problem solving skills and able to work with other trades and operators
- Safety training is an asset
