When you apply to this selection process, you are not applying for a specific job, but to an inventory for future vacancies.

As positions become available, applicants who meet the qualifications may be contacted for further assessment.

Intent of the process

A pool of partially and / or fully qualified candidates may be established to staff similar or identical positions with varying tenures, security profiles or language requirements.

Essential Qualifications :

Education

A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives (see Note 1 : ).

Experience

  • Experience in providing interpretation and advice, or guidance to managers, clients or the public on the procedures, policies or legislation in an operational setting.
  • Experience providing services to clients in a fast-paced, high-volume or multi-tasking environment.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Asset Qualifications :

Education

Graduation with a post-secondary diploma or degree from a recognized institution.

Experience

  • Experience in materiel management functions including but not limited to lower dollar value procurement, acquisition card procurement, disposals, fleet management.
  • Experience providing interpretation and advice or guidance to managers and clients on the procedures, policies and legislation related to the procurement for goods, services, or construction.
  • Experience acquiring goods or services or construction using various procurement methodologies such as Standing Offers and Supply Arrangements within the federal government in a Procurement and Contracting environment.
