Macmillan Davies are delighted to be partnering with an innovative social enterprise to recruit a People Partner. This is a key role supporting the delivery of objectives and working closely with leaders to provide a high-quality, end-to-end HR service across the business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert HR advice and case management support to managers, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance and attendance matters.
- Support leaders through transformational and organisational change initiatives
- Review, maintain and update people policies in line with legislation and organisational culture
- Embed recruitment best practice to support effective talent management, working in partnership with the Senior People Partner
- Support and advise on organisational change, including TUPE transfers, restructures and workforce changes
- Ensure full compliance with the organisation's Recruitment Policy
- Support the delivery of succession planning outcomes aligned to business needs
Skills & Experience :
