Thank you for your interest in the Remote Customer Service Position within the Synergy Professional Services program. The primary aim of this initiative is to evaluate the efficacy of over 10,000 newly implemented Bitcoin ATMs across North America and Canada.

At present, we are in the process of selecting qualified individuals who will undertake the task of testing several of our Bitcoin ATMs, followed by completing a survey detailing their experiences regarding the machines' accessibility, adaptability, and overall performance.

Participation in this program is both engaging and rewarding. We assure you that there is no fee required to become an evaluator, and prior experience in this field is not a necessity.

Once approved, participants will receive access to our training materials, which will be delivered either via email or postal service.

It is important to note that involvement in this program will not interfere with any current employment commitments you may have.

Compensation for each assigned task is set at $300. Task assignments will be distributed based on your availability on a weekly basis.

The simplicity of the task is underscored by a lack of prerequisite experience; comprehensive step-by-step training will be provided by our dedicated officers.

Our aim is to compensate our evaluators for conducting transactions at various ATMs to assess and enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.

We supply all registered evaluators with training, improvement tips, and evaluation kits at no cost.

As an evaluator, your responsibilities will include the assessment of newly installed Bitcoin ATMs within your vicinity, with a focus on their efficiency, effectiveness, and user friendliness.

This role does not require any financial investment on your part, and offers flexible working hours.

The need for Bitcoin ATM evaluations arises from the following considerations :

• The user friendliness of the ATMs.
• The convenience of the ATM locations.
• The accuracy of wallet verification via QR code scanning.
• Ensuring maximum operational uptime with minimal downtime.
• Enhancing transaction speed while reducing error rates.

We are currently seeking evaluators for immediate assignment. In this role, you are expected to complete tasks promptly, maintain confidentiality, and provide accurate feedback in your reports.

Accessibility to all ATM sites by public transit ensures that not having a personal vehicle does not constitute an impediment to participation in this program.
