Project Manager
Our client, a division of a global world class manufacturer in the Newmarket area, is currently looking for a Project Manager.
This position is accountable for the successful launch of projects within the specified quality, budget t and timing targets that will ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum requirements :
- A degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or as a Program Manager while being directly employed with a tier 1 automotive manufacturing company
- Working knowledge of IATF16949, APQP, Blueprint Reading, GD&T, Design for Manufacturing, VA / VE, DOE, DFMEA / PFMEA, Floor Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, Quoting Procedures / Contract Review.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Report activities on projects with respect to cost and timing
- Coordinate with cross-functional team for various projects.
- Address all customer issues and concerns
- Provide guidance, where necessary, to management in all project related decisions.
- Monitor and oversee all cross-functional team activities, tasks, and support as required.
