What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with operations leadership to provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights that empower informed decision making, drive business optimization, improve operational efficiency, and support both short- and long-term planning objectives.
• Lead and inspire a team of Financial Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Own the planning cycle by leading the development of annual operating and capital plans and monthly reforecasts with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Support month‑end close and post‑close analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and present investment proposals for new builds, refresh projects, and acquisitions backed by robust ROI analysis.
• Take a leadership role in financial integration for newly acquired businesses and experiences.
• Implement tools and processes to monitor progress against financial targets and act as an early warning system for risks.
