Onsite Staffing is seeking reliable and safety-oriented Forklift Operators to join our client’s warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products within a warehouse or distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts to move materials within the warehouse.
Load and unload trailers or containers safely and efficiently.
Pick, pack, and organize products according to order sheets or inventory systems.
Inspect and maintain forklift equipment before and after use, reporting any issues immediately.
Follow warehouse safety protocols and ensure work areas are clean and organized.
Assist with inventory control, labeling, and documentation.
Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid Forklift Operator certification (Counterbalance, Reach, or Walkie preferred).

Minimum 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.

Strong attention to safety and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Steel-toe boots and safety gear required.
