Junior Process Engineer

inCTRL is searching for a junior process engineer to help provide our customers with cutting edge digital solutions. We are promoting new approaches to design and operation of water, wastewater and biogas processes using process modelling and our own software suite opsCTRL.

We seek a skilled junior process engineer with an open mind to leave traditional design and operational approaches behind and is ready to embark on a journey to impress our customers with new ideas to solve their design and operational opportunities.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use simulation software like SIMBA# to evaluate and improve designs of water and biogas facilities
• Design and implement advanced control strategies in the water sector.
• Work collaboratively with consultants and end customers in the municipal and industrial field
• Prepare budget, preliminary, and final (bid) cost estimates

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental or chemical engineering
• Good understanding of water, wastewater, and biogas processes
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and Office 365 programs
• Experience with simulation software is an asset
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a criminal background check · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to organize work and manage deadlines effectively
• Able to work independently and as a collaborative team member in a virtual / hybrid work environment
• Quick and resourceful at solving problems and developing solutions
