Position : ERP Specialist
Location : Mississauga, ON
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000 Yearly (depending on experience)
Industry : Manufacturing / Distribution / ERP / Merchandising
Employment Term : Full Time / Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Epicor ERP solutions
- Configure and customize Epicor ERP Software to meet specific organizational needs
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshot issues related to ERP system functionality
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements
- Optimize ERP solutions for improved performance, efficiency, and user experience
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in ERP technology
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Experience :
- Degree or Post Secondary Education in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as an ERP Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge and experience in Epicor ERP is a definite asset
- In-depth knowledge of ERP Software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Continuous learning mindset to keep abreast of ERP trends and advancements
