Duties and Responsibilities :
The key job functions are :
- Answering and responding to calls and emails
- Organizing office events, scheduling and travel arrangements as needed
- Managing office files, systems and procedures
- Providing project support and administrative coverage
- General office upkeep
- Other duties as assigned
Experience :
- years’ of experience in an administrative role is required
- Experience working for an architecture firm is considered an asset
