Job Title : CNC Setup Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a CNC Setup Operator, where you will have the opportunity to work with diverse product lines in conveyor systems, specializing in the Bottling, Packaging, and Glass Industry.

We are a leader in manufacturing custom industrial cleaning, drying, and blow-off systems. Our services have recently expanded to include advanced fabrication such as laser processing and CNC metal-forming.

As a CNC Setup Operator, you will be responsible for programming using Fusion 360 and Solidworks, setting up Haas Mill machines, programming parts for internal equipment, and conducting maintenance on parts.

Additionally, you will collaborate with machine operators to assist in the completion of projects.

Hard Skills

• Experience with setups on mill and / or lathe
• Basic programming experience
• 1-2 years of CNC machining experience
• Proficiency in Fusion 360 and Solidworks
• Experience in setting up Haas Mill machines

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in STONEY CREEK, Ontario.

Work Environment

Our mid-sized company features a custom shop on the ground floor and offices on the second floor, manufacturing custom conveyor solutions and various other custom industrial equipment.

Our shop team consists of about 15-20 people, and our office team about 15 people. We are a family-owned business with a family-like environment where the team is close-knit and works well together.

We emphasize professionalism and passion for craftsmanship. Our facility is very clean, brightly lit, and safety glasses are required at all times.

Shift : 7am - 3 : 30pm. Pay : $24-30 / hr, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
