Our client, a leader in their industry is currently looking at adding a Customer Accounts Specialist to their rapidly growing department.
In this role you will be the primary contact for approx. 200 customer accounts. You will also be part of the team that is the main point of contact for customers regarding efficiencies.
Responsibilities :
Follow up with set customers on a quarterly basis
Manage client relationships and expectations
Ability to identify sales opportunity for sales department to grow business
Ability to build relationships with the customer to assure satisfaction
Generate and deliver customer KPI reports, customized PowerPoint business reviews, supplier integration analysis and trailer optimization analysis for your customer base.
Assure stock availability for client requirements
Reply in a timely matter to client requests
Assure Customer satisfaction by building and maintaining relationships with your clients to assure customer loyalty
Interface with both customers and carriers to ensure compliance and performance within assigned markets.
Establish and maintain effective with all other departments
Supporting sales initiatives in order to expand the revenue performance of your territory.
Skills and Qualifications :
Bilingual French & English
3-5 years Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, or Account Management experience
Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time and resources
Decision Quality - Ability to think outside the box to provide first contact / call resolution
Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
Experience with SAP or JD Edwards software
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
This will start off as an initial contract which will still offer benefits and a Hybrid work environment (2 days in office)
