The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for Operations Manager (m / f) to join our operations team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

You will be part of the operations team responsible for assembling the A220.

The team organization is established to promote cross-functional collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Exert your leadership with a team of supervisors, while respect the vision and values of Airbus

  • Identify, document and standardize key processes leading to the achievement of objectives
  • Ensure continuous improvement, notably with the application of the problem resolution process
  • Establish and control the achievement of production objectives
  • Coach your team of supervisors in order to develop their talent in the organization
  • Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices throughout the organization

You have experience in management of a team of supervisors in a manufacturing environment (aerospace environment is an advantage)

  • You master the French language (bilingualism is an advantage)
  • You have understanding of the principles of value-added production
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You have aptitude to plan and organize to ensure the attainment of results
  • You have entrepreneurship
  • You have a College Diploma or university degree in Aerospace, engineering or manufacturing management or equivalent experience that have allowed you to develop strong management skills.

This role may involve some travels for business (worldwide).

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche Chef de service aux Opérations (h / f) pour rejoindre notre équipe des opérations basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe des opérations chargée de l’assemblage de l’A220.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre profil :

  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans la gestion d'une équipe de superviseurs dans un environnement manufacturier (l'environnement aérospatial est un avantage).
  • Vous maîtrisez la langue française (le bilinguisme est un avantage)
  • Vous avez une compréhension des principes de la production à valeur ajoutée
  • Vous avez de solides compétences en communication
  • Vous avez une aptitude à planifier et à organiser pour assurer l'atteinte des résultats
  • Vous avez l'esprit d'entreprise
