Responsibilities

Within Software :

• Assist the Scrum Master to make Agile team ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) effective.
• Remove impediments and foster a high-performing team environment.
• Shield the teams from external interruptions and distractions.
• Track team health metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint predictability.
• Coordinate release activities and go / no-go decisions.
• Facilitate cross-team alignment and integration planning.
• Champion continuous improvement and feedback culture.
