Ready to suit up as a Government Security Guard

As a Tactical Security Guard in a Government setting , physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments , de- escalate situations and ensure specific- onsite instructions and protocols are followed

Responsibilities for Government Security Guard

Prepare and submit detailed Daily Reports and Incident Reports.

Document all activities and report any anomalies immediately.

Respond to fire, medical, and security emergencies.

Follow specific on-site instructions and undergo regular training.

Adapt to unique site-specific security requirements.

Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.

Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication abilities.

Proficiency in using security technology.

Physical fitness and ability to remain calm under pressure.

React quickly to threats or incidents

Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras

Document incidents and actions taken

Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks

Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents

Qualifications for Government Security Guard

Be authorized to work in Canada

First aid certification an asset

Ability to stand and walk entire shift

Full Saskatchewan Driving license with Clear Driving Abstracf

Fluent in English, both written and orally

High school education or equivalent

Strong customer service skills

Excellent computer skills

Pass RAIC and Fingerprint clearances

95 Mask Fitting Training
