The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Your Main Responsibilities Enter customer orders accurately in the system. Process bank deposits, payments, and credit card transactions. Prepare and send customer invoices in a timely manner. Answer customer questions and requests related to orders and invoices. Verify commissions on monthly invoices. Assist with the collection of overdue accounts. Prepare month‑end reports for royalties and volume rebates. Issue credit notes as needed. Resolve invoicing‑related issues promptly. Participate in call‑back activities and perform other related duties as required. Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times. Required skills Previous experience in a similar clerical or accounting role. Strong written and spoken English skills to communicate effectively with international customers.
