Position Summary :
We are seeking a talented and experienced SaaS Product Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and support our sales teams.
This role is essential for driving the adoption and success of our products through strategic marketing initiatives and effective sales enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Messaging and Branding : Develop clear and compelling product messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
Create consistent branding guidelines and ensure all external communications align with our brand voice.
Market and Competitor Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to understand trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Use insights to refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
- Content Creation : Oversee the production of engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Sales Enablement : Equip the sales team with necessary tools and resources to improve their sales cycles. Develop training materials and presentations to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Lead Generation : Design and implement lead generation campaigns to attract and retain customers. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion paths.
- Product Launches and Campaigns : Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns that clearly communicate product value to customers.
Monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Customer Feedback and Product Development : Serve as the liaison between customers, sales teams, and product development teams.
Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and new feature developments.
- Strategic Business Development : Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach and increase revenue.
- Reporting and Analytics : Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and measure marketing success. Provide regular reports on marketing and sales metrics to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and the software development cycle.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using marketing analytics and CRM software.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
