Our client a leading financial services organization isseeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team. The SeniorSoftware Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving impactfulsolutions for intricate business challenges within a dynamic andhighenergy delivery setting
Responsibilities :
Participate in crossdepartmentaltechnical design sessions to identify / document technicalsolutions
Collaborate withother engineers to share best practices and knowledge of emergingtechnologies.
Function as atrusted advisor with a consultative mindset in interactions withstakeholders.
Ensure thequality of the applications by using various types of automatedtesting methods in a continuous integrationenvironment
Resolvedefects / bugs during preproduction production and postreleasepatches
Drive continualimprovement to the efficiency and flexibility of the systems whilekeeping a high bar for customer trust performance andavailability
Need toHave :
Postsecondary degree in computerscience software engineering or relateddiscipline
5 years ofprofessional software developmentexperience
Deep expertisewith microservices architectures and designpatterns
Experience usingtools including Lambda DynamoDB API Gateway IAMetc.
Proficient withdebugging and profiling distributedsystems
Agile and testdrivendevelopment mindset
Strongproblemsolving skills and a passion for learning and stayingupdated with emergingtechnologies
Excellentcommunication and teamworkskills
Ability to work in afastpaced and collaborativeenvironment
Nice toHave :
Exposure to Serverlessdevelopment / deployment and containerization a definiteplus
Experience in financialservices domains
Experiencewith Azure Functions or AWS Lambdas within microservicearchitecture
