Our esteemed client, a renowned player in Luxury Beauty and Cosmetics, is currently seeking a talented CRM Specialist to join their expanding team dedicated to luxury brands.
As a CRM Specialist, you'll step into a key role where you'll have the opportunity to shape the success of promotions, drive flawless product launches, and craft an unparalleled user experience to meet and exceed site performance KPIs.
But that's not all. You'll be at the heart of collaborative efforts, working closely with other leaders in various departments, to not only exchange best practices but to also elevate merchandizing strategies across all luxury brands.

- Proficient bilingual communication skills to engage effectively with audiences across Canada. - Background in multichannel marketing and direct marketing.
- Proficient with using CRM tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM tools. Main responsibilities : As the CRM Specialist, you'll be pivotal in executing e-merchandizing activations for the assigned brand(s), overseeing the setup of promotions, product launches, and optimizing the user experience to meet site performance KPIs.
Working closely with Webmasters and the Head of Merchandizing, you'll share best practices to enhance merchandizing across all brands.
Your responsibilities will include setting up promotions, new product PDPs, and landing pages using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, configuring the EINSTEIN recommender, resolving tickets for Salesforce Merchandizing projects, optimizing site content and journeys for SEO, supporting customer services in CX-related queries, conducting maintenance and testing including A / B testing, managing site quotas and product catalogue, implementing third-party apps for promotions, activating pop-up strategies, and collaborating on merchandizing best practices.
