As a Baker / Pastry Cook at our central bakery, you will be responsible for daily prep, baking, scaling, mixing, and making all kinds of cakes, desserts, batters, doughs, and ice creams. You will be the magic behind the desserts that Canadians have loved for over 35 years!

Previous experience or education with baking or pastry is required.

This is both a full-time and a part-time position, with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare, scale, mix, bake, and make different kinds of cakes, batters, doughs, pastries and ice creams
• Set up, maintain, and clean your stations & equipment (mixers, work areas, etc)
• Prep ingredients, organize and conduct lot tracking for traceability
• Ensure items are made consistently, on time and perfectly each time
• Maintain both workplace safety and food safety at all times

Requirements :

This application is for our central bakery at 111 Strada Drive, Woodbridge ON.

It is accessible with public transportation and has plentiful on-site parking.
