As a Baker/Pastry Cook at our central bakery, you will be responsible for daily prep, baking, scaling, mixing, and making all kinds of cakes, desserts, batters, doughs, and ice creams. You will be the magic behind the desserts that Canadians have loved for over 35 years!

What Youll Do

• Craft Excellence: Scale, mix, and bake a diverse range of cakes, pastries, doughs, and our famous craft ice creams.
• Master the Station: Set up and maintain your workspace, ensuring equipment like industrial mixers and ovens are kept in peak condition.
• Precision Prep: Organize ingredients and execute meticulous lot tracking to ensure food safety and traceability.
• The Gold Standard: Ensure every batch is consistent, on time, and meets our "perfect every time" quality benchmark.
• Safety First: Uphold the highest standards of workplace safety and food handling (HACCP/Food Handler protocols).

What You Bring

• Experience: Previous professional baking/pastry experience or culinary education is required.
• The "Bakers Eye": You are meticulous with measurements and have a sharp eye for detail.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a shift and comfortably lift up to 40 lbs.
• Technical Skill: Comfortable operating commercial mixers, ovens, and stoves.
• Efficiency: A knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.

• Schedule: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
