Job Title

Supervisor & Maintenance Technician (Full‑time, Day shift Mon‑Fri, 7 days / week coverage)

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions; note and recommend repairs.
• Manage a small team delivering 7 day / week coverage.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance such as bulb replacement.
• Perform minor plumbing maintenance such as replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging drains, trenching and laying new lines, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices.
• Perform minor painting, carpentry and masonry work such as preparing surfaces, using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles.
• Perform planned maintenance throughout facility such as filter replacements and audits.
• Assist in installing seasonal decor throughout the facility.
