Job Title : Shift Supervisor
Job Summary : The Shift Supervisor monitors employees shifts, assigns tasks and duties, and oversees the performance of those during work shift. This is a key role in our customer service department.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor employees schedules (start, end and breaks)
- Assign tasks and duties to our customer service team
- Oversee the performance of the team
- Report customer service metrics and data to management and analytics team
- Assist on the training of the new onboards
- Ad hoc administrative projects as assigned
