Overview :

Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive pain management and healthcare services, dedicated to improving the quality of life for our patients through compassionate care and advanced medical treatments.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team and drive the operational excellence of our clinic.

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the clinic, ensuring that the clinic runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The COO will work closely with the CEO and other executive team members to develop and implement strategies that enhance patient care, improve operational efficiency, and drive growth.

What you will be doing :

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the clinic, including patient services, administrative functions, and clinical operations.
  • Ensure that all departments operate efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.

Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop long-term strategies for the clinic’s growth and sustainability.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, new services, and improvements in patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives and monitor their progress and outcomes.

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage the clinic’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee billing, collections, and revenue cycle management to optimize financial performance.

Staff Leadership and Development

  • Provide leadership and direction to clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a high level of competency and job satisfaction.
  • Implement performance management processes to evaluate and enhance staff performance.

What you must have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a clinic or hospital setting.
  • Proven track record of successful operational management and strategic planning.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality assurance standards.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and improving patient outcomes.

Salary / Rate Range : $125,000 -$150,000
