Special Educator / Teacher / Tutor – Work at Home

Apply to join Maxi Mind Learning as a Special Educator / Teacher / Tutor – Work at Home.

Coach children one‑on‑one in your home office during evenings & weekends, using movement, music and technology to strengthen brain connections.

Responsibilities

Conduct 50‑minute, one‑on‑one sessions with physical exercises, sound therapy, and computer‑based activities.
Maintain an office space in your home where children come for sessions.
Maintain a predictable schedule on evenings and weekends for clients.

Personal Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Psychology or Education.

At least two years of employment working with children.

Employment experience with special needs children.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Remuneration

$25‑$35 per session.

Contractor status – no deductions, CPP, or EI.

Additional Information

Part‑time opportunity – flexible, customisable schedule.

Work from home – no travel required; clients come to your home.

Get certified as a Neuro‑Educational Therapist (great for resume).

Our “Focus‑Through‑Fun” program improves outcomes for children with ADHD, ASD, and LD in Southern Ontario.
