We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team and support world‑class clients with operational excellence.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Coordinate, rate, dispatch, and monitor shipments across North America using TMS and proprietary systems
• Communicate proactively with clients and carriers to resolve issues and deliver service excellence
• Maintain customer / vendor databases and key documentation (PARS, PAPS, Customs Cargo Control Documents)
• Analyze operational trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and international trade regulations
