Job description

Tasks

  • Implement the plan design process and ensure coordination with the various stakeholders involved in factory production.
  • Create, supervise, and correct plans related to building mechanical engineering, including electricity, plumbing, ventilation, etc.
  • Identify and resolve, before construction begins, the specific aspects and complexities inherent to each project.
  • Ensure follow-up between different departments.
  • Strictly adhere to current standards.
  • Perform all other related tasks.

    • Job requirements

  • DEP in technical drawing or DEC in building mechanics or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of ventilation, plumbing, and electricity principles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Knowledge of the building code.
