- Identify and resolve, before construction begins, the specific aspects and complexities inherent to each project.
- Ensure follow-up between different departments.

- Perform all other related tasks.

Job requirements
- DEP in technical drawing or DEC in building mechanics or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of ventilation, plumbing, and electricity principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Knowledge of the building code.
