In this role, you will provide support and service to anyone calling in.*You must be a resident of New Brunswick to apply* What we offer
- $20 an hour
- Various schedules
- Remote work (must have an area that you can close the door and not be disturbed)
What you bring
- You must be fully bilingual in French and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- You must be able to handle difficult callers and conversations
- Strong technical skills you can multitask and navigate between multiple software applications and screens at the same time while making sure you continue to support the caller
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough, with excellent listening skills
Who you are
- You are bilingual in French and English (this is required)
- Minimum Grade 12 Diploma with post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in customer service
- You must have a clean criminal record
- You like helping people this is non-negotiable!
- You have excellent multi-tasking skills
- You have the capacity to navigate sensitive or stressful situations with ease
- You are a problem-solving master; you understand the callers needs and quickly learn how to get the best results
- You are committed to excellence in customer service and always strive for a first- call resolution
