Estimator / Project Manager

Our  Oshawa, ON  branch is currently looking for an experienced  Estimator / Project Manager  to join their team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the estimation and project management of large contract work.

Responsibilities :

• Preparing quotes for building owners, contractors, and tender opportunities
• Completing pre-qualification documents, reviewing drawings / specifications, developing proposals, and securing purchase orders / contracts
• Conducting site visits and liaising effectively with consultants, engineers, general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades
• Coordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crews
• Coordination of design, material, labour, subcontractors, and change orders
• Effectively manage projects to successful and profitable completion

Qualifications :

Wage : $80,000 - $90,000 / year
