Are you confident in handling invoice submissions, payment collection, Accounts Receivables management, and providing top-notch administrative support across various departments?

Then we might have the perfect opportunity for you! We are ideally looking for someone who is comfortable with Accounts Receivables functions as well as working closely with a team on providing administrative support and event coordination.

This is a permanent position with an employer in Oakville.

Advantages

Working hybrid 3 days in office and 2 days work from home

Flexible working hours which gives you the ability to star an hour early and end an hour early

35 hours per week

Pension plan

Annual salary of $59,000 - $62,000 based on experience

Responsibilities

Process payments, manage Accounts Receivable, and handle collections.

Maintain invoicing and memberships in an Association Management System.

Manage data and ensure its accuracy.

Process bank deposits.

Coordinate registrations for courses and events.

Send confirmation letters and grade letters to participants.

Create and distribute surveys to gather feedback.

Generate class lists, badges, and tent cards.

Coordinate on-site registration and provide assistance to participants.

Qualifications

Proficient computer skills in a Windows environment, including word processing, accounting, and spreadsheet software applications (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks), are essential.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and administrative skills are a must-have.

Experience in Accounts Receivables and proven ability with attention to detail.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
