Job Description
Our financial services client in the Mississauga area is looking for a Benefits Administrator to join their team.
As a Benefits Administrator, you will be a crucial part of the team, providing essential support to our clients by managing daily administrative tasks related to employee benefit plans.
Your main duties will include data entry, demographic work, and reconciliation tasks. While the role does not involve complex calculations, accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong proficiency in Excel are vital.
This role is hybrid and a contract to permanent opportunity offering $25.00 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative tasks for a specific client.
- Maintain accurate records through demographic work.
- Assist in reconciliation tasks to ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct data entry with high precision.
- Communicate with clients via email (no client-facing interactions).
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience.
- Strong typing skills and computer familiarity.
- Residency in Mississauga or surrounding areas.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail.
