Description of the Position
The Production Assembler / Material Handler is responsible for performing operations in the final meter assembly work cells. This includes assembling, testing, and boxing various products while following work instructions. New Hires will undergo training followed by certification while learning Lean Manufacturing concepts.
Assemblers must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment and have passion in achieving daily productivity targets while respecting our Safety, Quality, Environmental procedures.

Compensation
The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is CAD 26.47 for candidates who are B.C. residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
