Content Delivery Manager

You will be responsible for :

• Work directly with the client and internal production team- in onshore and offshore to deliver commercial marketing assets which may include websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral and social media assets
• Act as a primary point-of-contact throughout the production lifecycle, alongside client delivery managers- from requirements gathering through final delivery
• Support relevant stakeholders with regular status updates including on production milestones, risk management, and resolution
• Work directly with key clients and have full accountability for delivery of assets and product launches.
• Understand and maintain knowledge of brand and business objectives to align marketing programs with Brand goals
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with peers and leaders, ensuring successful client Partnership

Your impact : About you :

About you :

• 3 to 6 years in an account management or related experience
• Participation in key client meetings including status meetings and presentations
• Has strong relationship management, organizational and management skills.
• Manages client closely and knows when to escalate internal and / or client concerns
• Is able to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners
• Is able to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative and Technical Delivery teams.
