Our client is hiring a pionate. energetic and knowledgeable Coffee Inside Sales Representative to join their Milton team! Our client is a progressive innovative and growing coffee distributor with showroom providing the finest coffee equipment espresso machines and accessories with a strong focus on quality resulting in many raving fans!

This is a fulltime position with significant growth opportunities within a positive company culture. Experience and / or knowledge in the specialty coffee space particularly with machines is required to be considered. (i.e. Espresso machine enthusiast)

Rate of Pay :

20.00 per hour. There is significant longterm earnings potential for an exceptional candidate.

Hours of Work :

Monday to Friday : 9 : 00am 5 : 00pm

Saturday : 11 : 00am 4 : 00pm

Total Hours : 45 hours per week

Possible option for a 37 hour work week with 4 days during the week but Saturday would be required.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound sales related phone calls emails or webchat conversations.
• Providing exceptional customer service and followup with excellent phone or inperson mannerisms and professionalism.
• Greeting guests as they enter the store location / showroom and demonstrating the machines to prospective buyers.
• Handling instore transactions including cash and debit / credit.
