Hours & Schedule :

• Full-time (45 hrs / week)

MondayFriday : 9 : 00am5 : 00pm

Saturday : 11 : 00am4 : 00pm

Responsibilities

Help customers via phone email chat and in-person answering questions recommending equipment and guiding purchases.

Greet walk-in customers in our showroom demo coffee machines and create a welcoming informative experience.

Handle in-store transactions (cash debit credit) with care and accuracy.

Stay up to date on the latest coffee trends and equipment.

Support other departments when needed during busy timesyoure a team player.
