The Department of Building Maintenance requires the services of a full-time, continuing Building Maintenance Operator to commence work as soon as possible. Building Maintenance consists of both trades workers and non-trades workers to ensure non-utility building components are regularly inspected and maintained to good quality condition. Reporting to the Manager, Building Maintenance, the Building Maintenance Operator is responsible for performing both work order based and preventative maintenance duties associated with an assigned area on campus. The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Hours of work are Monday through Friday 08 : 00 – 16 : 00, with evening and weekend work occurring on an as needed basis.
Position Qualifications
Starting Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE) $3,741.00 - $4,163.00 monthly
Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE) $3,741.00 - $4,584.00 monthly (AUPE - Grade 7)
