HR Process Excellence Specialist

Reporting to the Manager of HR Process & Change Management, the HR Process Excellence Specialist will work across all J. D. Irving, Limited Moncton companies to help build a culture of process excellence by training and executing on best practice process techniques, conducting process improvement projects, change management, and performing process maturity assessments.

Responsibilities

• Execute and Support Human Resources process improvement projects, including :

Lead a cross-functional team to understand the process requirement

Establishing KPI's that are aligned with the strategy
