Breakfast Cook

As a Breakfast Cook at Squires, you will play a key role in preparing, cooking, and presenting breakfast dishes to our guests. You’ll work alongside a professional kitchen team to ensure consistency, quality, and timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items to order and in batches
• Plan food production to align with peak breakfast service hours
• Follow standard recipes and accommodate special dietary needs as required
• Ensure accurate plating and consistent portioning of meals
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and production codes
• Assist with prep for the next shift and daily kitchen cleaning routines

Qualifications:

• Previous cooking or culinary experience preferred (especially in breakfast/brunch service)
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and breakfast cooking techniques
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
