Weare seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Subject MatterExpert (SME) to join our team. As a Lead AI SME you will play acritical role in driving the development and implementation ofartificial intelligence solutions within our organization.
Yourexpertise in AI technologies and industry best practices will helpguide our team in leveraging the power of AI to improve ourproducts andservices.
Responsibilities
- Leadthe design development and deployment of AI models andalgorithms.
- Providetechnical guidance and mentorship to the AI team ensuring they havethe necessary tools and knowledge to excel in theirroles.
- Shouldhave strong knowledge about Generative AI models andtools
- Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritize AIopportunities that align with our businessobjectives.
- Conductresearch and stay uptodate with the latest advancements in AItechnologies frameworks andmethodologies.
- Evaluateand select appropriate AI tools and platforms for different usecases.
- Designand implement data collection strategies to ensure the availabilityof highquality data for AI modeltraining.
- Developperformance evaluation methodologies to measure the effectivenessand accuracy of AImodels.
- Stayinformed about industry regulations and ethical considerationsrelated to AI and ensure compliance in all AIinitiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Data Science or a related field. Mastersdegreepreferred.
- Provenexperience in developing and deploying AI models in realworldapplications.
- Strongknowledge of machine learning algorithms deep learning frameworksand natural language processingtechniques.
- Proficiencyin programming languages commonly used in AI development such asPython.
- Excellentproblemsolving skills with the ability to think creatively andcritically.
- Strongcommunication and collaboration skills ability to convey complex AIconcepts to nontechnical stakeholderseffectively.
- Solidunderstanding of data management data cleaning and datapreprocessingtechniques.
- Familiaritywith cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and experience with bigdata frameworks like ApacheSpark.
