• Assister le.la gestionnaire de magasin dans le développement et la motivation d’une équipe de spécialistes aux pièces, manutentionnaire et de livreurs.
• es afin d’atteindre les objectifs;
• Assurer la gestion du magasin en l’absence du gestionnaire
• Participer aux réunions tenues par le.LA gestionnaire
• Élaborer des stratégies pour augmenter les ventes;
• Apporte sa contribution à une organisation gagnante
• Établit et maintient une relation étroite avec les membres de son personnel, ses pairs et ses collègues.

Sous le capot

Pour vous joindre à notre équipe, il faut, entre autres :

• DEC, majeure en administration des affaires ou expérience équivalente (ATOUT)
• 3-5 ans d’expérience pertinente reliée au domaine des pièces automobiles (ATOUT)
• Bilinguisme;
• Expérience en gestion de personnel;
• Aptitude marquée pour la communicaion et l’organisation;
• Connaissance de la suite MS Office.
