• Assister le.la gestionnaire de magasin dans le développement et la motivation d’une équipe de spécialistes aux pièces, manutentionnaire et de livreurs.
• es afin d’atteindre les objectifs;
• Assurer la gestion du magasin en l’absence du gestionnaire
• Participer aux réunions tenues par le.la gestionnaire
• Élaborer des stratégies pour augmenter les ventes;
• Établit et maintient une relation étroite avec les membres de son personnel, ses pairs et ses collègues.

• Expérience en gestion de personnel;
• Expérience pertinente reliée au domaine des pièces automobiles (ATOUT)
