LinkedIn Strategist (Remote Canada – Future Opening)
Join Abe, a specialized social media advertising consultancy, to lead LinkedIn paid media strategy for mid‑market and enterprise B2B clients. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a key part of our fast‑growing paid media team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts and paid media deliverables.
- Serve as direct support to client contacts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Communicate weekly with vendors or operational partners to align tasks, quality, and improvements.
- Build quarterly LinkedIn strategies for clients and drive cross‑sell opportunities.
- Maintain, optimize, and scale paid media budgets across LinkedIn campaigns.
- Deeply understand client positioning, unique value propositions, and audience segmentation.
- Confirm lead routing accuracy within a CRM and manage internal production.
- Work directly with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are achieved.
- Drive cross‑sell, upsell, and referral opportunities via client relationships.
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI.
What You Offer (Qualifications)
2+ years experience at a performance / digital marketing agency supporting B2B clients.Deep expertise across paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads.Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and related tools.Strong understanding of paid media principles, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization.Ability to analyze performance data using GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make data‑driven decisions.Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.Proven success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts and measurable growth.Experience translating and articulating strategy into data stories.Equal parts competitive and curious; a true problem solver.Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Quality‑obsessed and passionate about paid media.Travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed.What Success Looks Like
