Associate Auto Claims Advisor

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims and determine coverage under a customer’s policy
• Inform and educate customers about the claims process
• Process claims payments and ensure accurate information is captured within our claims system
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers

Qualifications

Work Arrangement

Hybrid : This is a hybrid role that includes the flexibility to work remotely, but regular in-person attendance in our Cambridge facility is expected (twice a week, Wednesdays and Thursdays).

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this position is $48,500 - $73,000. Depending on your relevant experience, skills, qualifications, market conditions and business needs, base compensation may vary. You have the potential to earn more through Gore Mutual’s discretionary bonus program which can increase total compensation if business targets and individual goals are met.

Please note : This range reflects the expected base salary for this role but may not represent the full compensation range for all experience and skill levels. During the recruitment process, we will discuss and consider how your unique qualifications align with the broader range for this position.
