What you will be doing
- Delivering world-class technical support via phone, email, and in person to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
- Conducting product testing, evaluating returns, and performing repairs to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Supporting internal / inter departments and external customers’ needs with technical inquiries, product recommendations and solutions
- Creating and updating work instructions, testing prototypes, and preparing detailed reports to support product development.
- Maintaining lab equipment and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Respond to customer inquiries during business hours with timely, accurate solutions.Log and document customer issues with detailed troubleshooting notes.Provide recommendations for product enhancements based on field feedback.Product Testing & Repair
Evaluate returned products and perform necessary repairs.Test prototypes and production units to ensure conformance with specifications.Build and maintain lab test jigs and equipment for consistent testing standards.Cross-functional & Product Development Support
Collaborate with cross functional teams to answer technical questions and recommend suitable products / solutions.Collect product data and prepare test reports for internal and external use.Maintain product design documentation and contribute to feature development.What you must have
A post-secondary diploma or degree in electronics from a recognized institution3-8 years experience in electrical product and PCBA troubleshooting with the ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and component specificationsSkilled in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and other electrical test equipmentProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and an understanding of Modbus or other communication protocols a bonus!Sharp problem-solving skills and tenacious researcherAbility to lift equipment up to 60–70 lbs and travel internationally as neededSalary / Rate Range
$55,000 -$75,000 DOE
