We are now hiring a Sous Chef at our VICTORIA HARBOUR location in Victoria, BC. Our quickly growing company has plenty of opportunity for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality including opportunities to transfer to CRAFT locations in other Canadian cities.

What You’ll Do :

Being a part of this mission will include :
- Being a direct report for the back of house team members, assisting in ongoing projects, and championing development
- Exhibiting heart and soul, thriving in a busy environment, and being social and outgoing
What You've Done :
- 2-3 years kitchen / restaurant experience
- 1-2 years of experience as a sous chef, or comparable
Keywords : restaurant, cook, kitchen, line cook, culinary, manager, leader
2 years previous experience as a line cook is preferred
- Flexible full time availability
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation
- Friendly, energetic personality
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
