Responsibilities
- Nurturing a deep understanding of project requirements and creative solutions within the team.
- Encourage crafting imaginative and well-thought-out designs for projects.
- Enthusiasm to attend client meetings, share your wisdom with junior colleagues, and make sure projects hit the mark through research and documentation.
- Guide new talents, offer feedback through friendly reviews, and support your colleagues in their skill journey.
- Take pride in precise 3D renderings, thorough drawing reviews, collaboration with consultants, and providing a helping hand whenever your team needs it.
- Keep things running smoothly by managing time, contracts, and multiple projects. High standards help preserve their esteemed reputation.
